Luis Fernando Martinez started out as a line cook at Stars restaurant in 1989 and worked his way up there and at various restaurants throughout San Francisco. He joined the Eldorado in 1996 and worked under Chef Troy Cannan in Roxy and then under chef Javier Silvario for 10 years. Fernando became the room chef for The Prime Rib Grill in 2008 and then returned to Roxy in 2009. His favorite part of the job is working with his team and continuing to learn. He enjoys making people happy through food and loves when guests enjoy their food or compliment the crew.
