The Brew Brothers Launches “Gregg’s Big Boy Challenge”

RENO, Nev. (May 14, 2013) – The Brew Brothers celebrity chef, Robert Hesse and Eldorado Vice President of Food and Beverage, Gregg Carano have teamed up to launch the “Gregg’s Big Boy Challenge.” Guests that finish the giant tray of food in 30 minutes or less will go home with a 2-liter Brew Brothers growler filled with any of the brewery’s microbrews and will have their name engraved on the “Burger Masters” plaque.

Gregg’s Big Boy burger, $18.95, consists of three 6-ounce sirloin burgers, aged Swiss and cheddar cheeses, smoked bacon, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato and sauce on a toasted garlic roll, served with 1 pound of french fries.

Chef Hesse appeared on two seasons of “Hell’s Kitchen,” FOX’s cooking reality show with fiery chef Gordon Ramsay, and will return for a third stint in the upcoming “All Stars” season. Guests can find Chef Hesse in the kitchen at The Brew Brothers where he’s already putting his stamp on the hand tossed wood fired pizza menu and adding signature items like the Hogs Wings.e

In addition to a creative menu, The Brew Brothers offers eight permanent brews including the Big Dog Indiana Pale Ale, Carano Extra, Gold Medal Winner Redhead Amber Ale, Double Down Stout, Wild Card Wheat and Gold Dollar Pale Ale. Food and beer specials are available during happy hour, which runs from 2 to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Brew Brothers is open for lunch daily at 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

There’s also live entertainment every night of the week including Live Band Karaoke on Mondays, DJ Chris English on Brew Club Tuesdays and live bands playing today’s new rock and top 40 hits Wednesday through Sunday and DJ JC spinning late night Thursday through Saturday. Sunday through Thursday entertainment starts at 10 p.m. with Friday and Saturday night entertainment beginning at 10:30 p.m.
