eat shrimp and chilled crab legs plus tasty entrees like turkey pot pies, broiled sirloin steaks with brandy peppercorn sauce, grilled blackened salmon with citrus fruit salsa, orange-rosemary glazed rotisserie game hens, butternut squash ravioli with sage butter and the famed mushroom raviolis with porcini cream sauce. Dessert rounds out the meal with assorted pastries, cakes and pies including pumpkin pie, pumpkin cheesecake, apple-pear-cranberry crisp, chocolate cream pie and bread pudding with rum sauce. An unforgettable experience awaits at Roxy, where in addition to the regular menu, chef Jakon Tolhurst will present a special three-course Thanksgiving dinner beginning with a choice of either a Roxy Holiday Caesar salad with cranberries, mesquite smoked chicken bacon and a zesty Caesar dressing or spiced pumpkin bisque with potato gnocchi, sage brown butter and pomegranate. The second course includes a choice of slow roasted honey ham or oven roasted Diestel turkey accompanied by brioche stuffing, roasted garlic mashed potatoes and gravy, cranberry-citrus compote, green beans in roasted hazelnut brown butter and sweet potato tart with marshmallow brown sugar gratinee. Either pumpkin pie alá mode with spiced crème Chantilly or classic New York cheesecake with cranberry sauce tops off the meal, all for $35 per person.
