The Eldorado Celebrates 26 Years of Hot August Nights

Summer Fun Carries On in Downtown Reno with Cruises, Show-n-Shines

The Eldorado Hotel and Casino is planning some sizzling events for Hot August Nights. From everyone’s favorite Show-n-Shines on the streets, to casino specials and slot tournaments on the casino floor and a nostalgic tribute show in the Eldorado Showroom, the Eldorado offers something for automobile enthusiasts of every age. Celebrating 26 years, Hot August Nights rolls into town for five days of fun starting Wednesday, August 8. Uniting collectors with admirers young and old, Hot August Nights is the summer’s coolest classic car event.

The Eldorado’s schedule of events runs as follows:

“Jersey Nights” – A Tribute to Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons

-          Show opens Tuesday, August 7 at 7 p.m. in the Eldorado Showroom

-          Show times are Sunday and Tuesday through Thursday at 7 p.m., Friday at 8 p.m. and Saturday at 7 and 9:30 p.m.

-          Includes all of the Four Seasons greatest hits including; “Oh What a Night,” “Sherry,” “Walk Like a Man,” “Big Girls Don’t Cry,” “Can’t Take My Eyes Off Of You” and many more.

-          Tickets start at $19.95

-          Wednesday, August 8 from 7 to 10 p.m. on Virginia Street

Show-n-Shine Extraordinaires

-          Daily starting Wednesday, August 8 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

-          Daily Prizes awarded at 4 p.m. on 4^th and Virginia Streets

-          $5,000 awarded to the overall “Best of the Best in Reno” on Saturday at 4 p.m. on the 4^th Street stage.

-          Presented by the Eldorado Hotel Casino, Circus Circus Hotel & Casino Reno and Silver Legacy Resort Casino.

-          Wednesday August 8 to Saturday, August 11 from 7 to 10 p.m. on Virginia Street
