Special Valentine’s Menus at the Eldorado

Indulgent, Romantic Dining at Roxy, La Strada and The Prime Rib Grill

Guests at the Eldorado will find culinary passion on the menus at Roxy, La Strada and The Prime Rib Grill this Valentine’s Day.
At the Eldorado’s award winning bistro, Roxy, guests can indulge in a three-course dinner that begins with a glass of Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Champagne. For the first course, guests may choose from lobster bisque en croute or a Roxy Caesar salad with crispy boquerones, parmesan toast and lemon zest paired with Ferrari-Carano Tré Terre Chardonnay, 2012. The entrée is a classic surf and turf: Filet mignon with béarnaise sauce, half a Canadian lobster tail, creamy potato gratin and asparagus which is complimented by a Ferrari-Carano Reserve Cabernet, 2010. For dessert, diners will tuck into chocolate raspberry mousse with fresh raspberries and Champagne sorbet and a glass of Ferrari-Carano Eldorado Noir, 2013. This indulgent culinary adventure costs $65 per person or $100 per person with wine pairings and seating will begin at 5 p.m.

At the Eldorado’s signature restaurant, La Strada, diners can taste Chef Ivano Centemeri’s menu specially created for the lovers’ holiday. Antipasto heritage grains, arugula, in-house marinated wild mushrooms, lightly smoked speck and Dijon vinaigrette. The primi piatti (first course) is ricotta gnocchi with tomato coulis and broccolini pesto and wild boar tortelli with roasted butternut squash and baby kale. Secondi piatti (second course) is a duo of Hawaiian snapper wrapped in eggplant and roasted lamb loin with turnip purée. Dolce, or dessert, is Manjari 64% dark chocolate mousse and fresh raspberry napoleon. Dinner costs $110 per couple with seatings beginning at 5 p.m.

Guests can treat themselves to a delicious spread at The Prime Rib Grill this Valentine’s for just $55 per person and also begins with a glass of Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Champagne. The meal starts with a trip to the never-ending soup and salad bar stocked with crisp greens and an array of fresh toppings plus fresh fruits, nuts and more. The main course is the classic pairing of filet mignon topped with King Crab meat and béarnaise sauce, with triple-chocolate mousse for dessert. Dinner service begins at
5 p.m.

Regular menus will be offered in all restaurants. For a truly magical evening, guests can cap off the night with Eldorado’s new show, “Footloose” appearing in the Eldorado Theatre through April 17. Tickets start at just $24.95.
