The nation’s top bartenders and mixologists submitted their best St. Germain recipes and Nicole Barker of the Eldorado’s Cin Cin Bar and Lounge was named one of the runners up. More than 13,000 recipes were entered.

Ingredients:

1 oz. St Germain

1 oz. Green Chartruese

.5 oz Lime

.5 oz Simple Syrup

1 oz Perrier Jouet Champagne

1 garnish Cucumber

Directions:

Mix: St Germain, green chartuese, lime and simple syrup. Top with champagne. Garnish with sliced cucumber. Enjoy!
