Cin Cin Mixologist Participates in “Just One Shift” April 8

“Just One Shift” is a plan to raise a quarter of a million dollars for charity in a one-week time period by inviting bartenders worldwide to donate all or part of their tips from just one shift. Nicole Barker, mixologist at the Eldorado’s Cin Cin Bar and Lounge and president of the local chapter of the United States Bartenders Guild, will donate her tips on Monday, April 8.

The beneficiary is a foundation called Wine to Water, founded by former bartender Doc Hendley, that focuses on providing clean water to needy people worldwide.
