Brewmaster Seasonal Specials at The Brew Brothers
Brew master, Gregg Hinge is featuring two seasonal specials this month at The Brew Brothers.
The Honey Wheat Ale is a Bavarian-style wheat ale fermented with a generous dose of honey. “The addition of honey to the brew adds sugars for greater alcohol production and just the right amount of honey aroma and
sweetness,” explained Hinge. The Honey Wheat Ale comes in at 6.5 percent alcohol by volume.
The second specialty beer is an English Pale Ale, which Hinge describes as light in color with moderate hop aromas and flavors. This 5.3 percent beer is made entirely with English hops and malts, which adds to the authenticity of the brew.
The Brew Brothers eight permanent brews are the Big Dog Indiana Pale Ale, Carano Extra, Gold Medal Winner Redhead Amber Ale, Double Down Stout, Wild Card Wheat and Gold Dollar Pale Ale. Happy hour runs from 2 to 5
p.m. with beer and food specials daily. The Brew Brothers is open for lunch daily at 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
There’s also live entertainment every night of the week including Live Band Karaoke on Mondays, DJ Chris English on Brew Club Tuesdays and live bands playing today’s new rock and top 40 hits Wednesday through Sunday
and DJ D.Rek spinning late night Thursday through Saturday. Sunday through Thursday entertainment starts at 10 p.m. with Friday and Saturday night entertainment beginning at 10:30 p.m.
