Brewmaster Seasonal Specials at The Brew Brothers
Brew master, Greg Hinge is featuring two seasonal specials this winter at The Brew Brothers inside the Eldorado Hotel Casino.
The Winter Ale is a hearty and robust amber ale made with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and more than 100 pounds of wood oven roasted sweet potatoes. “The addition of sweet potatoes to the brew really makes it special –
but it’s not over powering at all. It’s very subtle,” explained Hinge. The Winter Ale comes in at 7.25 percent alcohol by volume.
The second specialty beer is the Dark Passenger, a black IPA. This 7.0 percent beer is made with a variety of American hops including Citra and Willamette. According to Hinge, it’s a perfect brew for winter with dark malt coffee and chocolate flavors, assertive hops and slightly elevated alcohol to provide comfort in the cold.
The Brew Brothers eight permanent brews are the Big Dog Indiana Pale Ale, Carano Extra, Gold Medal Winner Redhead Amber Ale, Double Down Stout, Wild Card Wheat and Gold Dollar Pale Ale. Happy hour runs from 2 to 5
p.m. with beer and food specials daily. The Brew Brothers is open for lunch daily at 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
There’s also live entertainment every night of the week including Live Band Karaoke on Mondays, DJ Chris English on Brew Club Tuesdays and live bands playing today’s new rock and top 40 hits Wednesday through Sunday
and DJ D.Rek spinning late night Thursday through Saturday. Sunday through Thursday entertainment starts at 10 p.m. with Friday and Saturday night entertainment beginning at 10:30 p.m.
