"My husband & I braved the 6 inches of snow that came down the night before to have a romantic getaway while our child was with family during Spring Break. There were only a few people in line ahead of us at check-in but it moved quickly. Our Spa Tower suite was beautiful! We're already planning our next trip in..."

Very nice place. Huge casino floor. Delicious restaurants. Not at all smokey. Drinks are plentiful. Very clean. Had a great time. Brews Brothers is always a favorite with us. Good beer and food. The buffet for breakfast is affordable and great.

I've always had a wonderful experience. I love the security at the elevators. I would like to see the Sierra Tower rooms get a remodel, but they are still clean and nice rooms. The staff is always friendly and very helpful.

We go skiing every winter in the Sierras and we stay in Eldorado Resort Casino most of the time. The rooms are ok, old now, we like Grand Sierra Resort rooms better (but no indoor parking). Anyhow, if you can get a suite, then it's nice. The casino is nice, you can walk to Silver Legacy to play if you like. If you have the Gold Plus card, you can have free buffet every time you come which is nice. We love the buffet here more than anything (besides gambling?). I was going to review the buffet only, but there isn't one. I'll put the buffet here. Friday is always seafood night, the price is about $28 (not too sure since I got them comp). The quality of the food is much better than anywhere else in the city that I know of.
The buffet always has Chinese, Mexican, American, Italian, Salad, Seafood (Friday) stations with abundant of different kind of foods and they're all tasty. If you're going here on holidays, chances are it's always booked and rooms are for players only, must book in advance, I guess. The room rates are not bad, less than $100 (45+) for weekday, and $150 for SAT or something like that. The resort is about 26 miles to Mt. Rose and 35 miles to Diamond Peak ski resorts.
The buffet has very nice atmosphere, nice seats and tables, great foods and comparable prices.
