We just returned from Reno and once again stayed at the Eldorado. I was surprised to enter the New buffet that opened last week. You have once again outdone yourself. We were visited by the Food Services Manager who inquired about our meal. Truthfully we did enjoy our meal, but could not stop talking about the New Buffet Look. Thank you again for making our stay an eventful one. We however did not walk away any richer, made our yearly deposit in the machines, but allot fuller and satisfied. Thank you from Santa Cruz, Ca.

My husband & I have been coming for years we love the comfort of the rooms . We have stayed in a wide variety of the rooms and love all of you friendly staff, from the girls in the gold room that give me that much needed glass of red wine upon my arrival ,to the staff that so politely cleans our room. When we want a little r&r vacation the Eldorado is our pick even if its just a couple of days. Love the ammmenities, love the coffee ,love the red Carrera wine. Thanks for letting me relax.

Hello; I have been working out here in Nevada for a few months and recently met my parents at your hotel for a visit and I thought I would pass on a comment from my parents. They mentioned that this was the friendliest casino that they have been too and they play black jack tournaments all over the country so they have a pretty broad frame of reference. They said the dealers always remembered their names and were very friendly and are looking forward to returning for another visit. As always I had a great time at your property, keep up the good work.

I just wanted to say that my girlfriend and I had an excellent stay at the El Dorado Hotel on December 26, 2007. Our room was upgraded to a Spa Suite and I was very impressed with the room! Service was top-notch all around; from the airport shuttle driver to the front desk. I visit Reno a few times a year to see family and it was my first time staying at the El Dorado. We will definitely be staying there again!

Economy Room

These are petite rooms of 225 square feet, with (1) queen bed, an entertainment center, high-speed Wi-Fi Internet service, and an in-room refreshment center, along with our complimentary guest room amenities.
