Hello; I have been working out here in Nevada for a few months and recently met my parents at your hotel for a visit and I thought I would pass on a comment from my parents. They mentioned that this was the friendliest casino that they have been too and they play black jack tournaments all over the country so they have a pretty broad frame of reference. They said the dealers always remembered their names and were very friendly and are looking forward to returning for another visit. As always I had a great time at your property, keep up the good work.

I just wanted to say that my girlfriend and I had an excellent stay at the El Dorado Hotel on December 26, 2007. Our room was upgraded to a Spa Suite and I was very impressed with the room! Service was top-notch all around; from the airport shuttle driver to the front desk. I visit Reno a few times a year to see family and it was my first time staying at the El Dorado. We will definitely be staying there again!

Standard Room

Luxury Room

With stunning city and mountain views, these luxurious 360 square foot rooms are located in our Skyline Tower on floors 14 through 24, featuring a California king or two queen size beds. Studio Suite

These suites fulfill their name as a 500 square foot one-bedroom suite, similar to a studio apartment. They are decorated in a Euro-contemporary theme, with a small living area, dining area for (4), wet bar, and a flat-screen television. These suites have a California king bed with a luxurious memory foam mattress, a spacious lavatory and are located at the end of the hallway in our Sierra Tower. They feature an in-room refreshment center and high speed Wi-Fi Internet access, in addition to our complimentary guest room amenities.

Player Spa Suite

Luxury and relaxation will await you in these beautifully appointed 525 square foot spa suites. Located in our Skyline tower, they have been created to have everything in one room, and most have large windows around half of the suite, to enjoy the breathtaking city and mountain views. The décor is contemporary with neutral, lavender and metallic colors, and feature California king beds, a large spa tub, a small living area, a quaint dining area and a pop up television at the foot of the bed. Economy Room

These are petite rooms of 225 square feet, with (1) queen bed, an entertainment center, high-speed Wi-Fi Internet service, and an in-room refreshment center, along with our complimentary guest room amenities. They are located at the four corners of the Virginia Tower, facing north and south, and are perfect for the “dollar-conscious” guest.
