This 6,849-yard, Par 71 layout combines challenging second-shot approaches with a variety of unique green designs to test all aspects of the game. Empire Ranch Golf Course is Northern Nevada’s only 27-Hole Course.  This gives players the opportunity to experience 3 unique tracks at one location.  Sheltered between the bluffs on 250 acres of ranch land beside the Carson River, you’ll find plush tee boxes and smooth, fast greens.  Tight lush fairways lined with lakes challenge the low-handicapper but, at the same time, play fairly for the high-handicapper.  Five sets of tees allow players to choose their own level of difficulty.

LakeRidge was built in 1969 and offers breathtaking views of downtown Reno and the surrounding Sierras. It’s styled in a classic design and shaded by mature landscaping. The famous 15th island green is an attraction that draws people from around the world.

The Lakes Course is artfully designed featuring natural lakes, murmuring springs and mature cottonwood trees. The 7,140 yard track features A-4 bent grass greens with more than 100 bunkers. It was named Northern Nevada's first Audubon Signature Sanctuary.

The Hills course is known for its small greens, dramatic elevation changes and deep penalizing bunkers. Once a working ranch, the undulating fairways and sweeping views take in all of the Spanish Springs Valley and the surrounding mountains.

A crown jewel, this course is carved from the natural terrain of the Mohawk Valley. Emerald green fairways are framed with native grasses and a profusion of wildflowers. Seven streams, meandering through pines, cedars, firs and quaking aspens, create ponds and waterfalls that contribute to the challenge and beauty of the course.  It’s located just 1 hour north of Reno and definitely worth the drive.
