“Eldorado Best Resort in Town”

"Always enjoy staying and gambling at the El Dorado Casino. Check in went smoothly in the Gold Room, but then again we had a very knowledge young lady by the name of Katie! The casino is always the right temperature; clean, and helpful personnel. Will definitely return in a few month!"

Overall experience was good, room was adequate (view of the roof) moved down from 8th floor east view (sunrise side) to 5th floor west side. Food was good, bed was a little softer than I prefer. Slots could have been a little looser. Staff was friendly and helpful. No Complaints. Will stay at the Eldorado again

Came up for a birthday weekend and saw a great show while here. The show Rock of Ages was funny and well performed. The performers went above and beyond in their characters. Job well done to all. Did some gambling and did ok while on the machines.

Stayed at this Casino over the weekend, and we were pleasantly surprised. Although you can tell this Casino is older, it is well maintained and all the staff that we met were so friendly and accommodating. We were on the 29th floor and our room was clean and had a beautiful view. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. Silver Legacy is connected to the El Dorado and Circus Circus and it is easy and close to walk between Casinos. Playing in the Casino is fun, and there are plenty of different slots and tables to keep one occupied. Sign up for a players card and you can get comps quickly. The hubby and I got a free buffet after the first night of playing! The buffet was surprisingly good, and had a wide variety of things to choose from as well as champagne and mimosas. Overall we had a great time! If you want a newer hotel, try the Grand Sierra Resort or Atlantis, but both of those are further away from the action of downtown Reno.

We started off by seeing Rock of Ages...so fun. Went to dinner at Roxys. Food was amazing!! Julio, our server was excellent. Very nice and helpful. The restaurant is tucked away so you don't have the "casino" feel. Can't wait to go back.

Good stuff! We went with a party of 5 and they stuffed us into a booth that was probably designed for 2 or 3. One of our party walked around to see if they had done that to anyone else, found they hadn't and complained to management. The managing staff was very accommodating, giving us a very nice table.
When everything was finally settled, we had a wonderful evening and felt the price was worth the value.
