For dessert, an airy angel-food cake topped with macerated strawberries and Chantilly cream will touch down. Dinner costs $45 per person and will be served starting at 3 p.m.

La Strada wishes guests “buona Pasqua” with a delicious four-course menu featuring Italian favorites by Chef Ivano Centemeri. To start, choose between wood-fired flatbread with heirloom tomatoes, mâche, house-smoked pork tenderloin, goat cheese and sherry vinegar dressing; or cream of polenta soup with parmesan fondue, sautéed broccolini or wild mushrooms. Choices for primi piatti (first course) are the Eldorado’s famous mushroom ravioli with porcini cream sauce; or baked crêpes stuffed with asparagus, ricotta, parmesan and fontina cheeses with chive béchamel. For their secondi piatti, guests may choose between basil-crusted fillet of black cod “pappa al pomodoro” or Tuscan-roasted leg of lamb with potatoes, olives, grilled artichokes, confit shallots and grape tomato marmalade. Dolce is mango mousse with chocolate crunch and meringue. Dinner costs $42 per person and will be served starting at 3 p.m.

At The Buffet, the salad bar and cold station include smoked salmon, chilled peel-and-eat shrimp, ceviche, chilled crab, assorted fresh fruit salad and crisp greens with a variety of toppings. The carving station features mouth-watering choice meats like roast turkey breast, herb-roasted veal shank with roasted root vegetables, roast strip loin of beef au jus and old-fashioned brown sugar and mustard-glazed ham. On the hot line, guests can select from dishes like pancakes with bananas foster sauce, made-to-order omelets, classic eggs Benedict with prosciutto or cheese blintzes with strawberry sauce. Or, try wine-braised ham steaks, roast pork loin with roasted vegetables, mini crab cakes, steamed green-lip mussels with lemon butter sauce and mushroom ravioli with porcini cream sauce. Top it off with one of The Buffet’s amazing pastries or stop by the gelato station for a housemade Italian treat.
