Mark Granucci
Mark Granucci has been with the Eldorado Hotel Casino for over 10 years and has
been cooking professionally for over 30 years. After working as a lead line chef
for one year, Granucci became Chef of The Brew Brothers in 1996. Granucci is responsible
for all day to day operations at The Brew Brothers including product management,
scheduling, purchasing, inventory, food preparation and ensuring excellent customer
service. He has a range of culinary experience including Chef at Hidden Valley Country
Club, Salesman for Reno Foods and Kitchen Manager at Pacific Rim Restaurant in Tacoma,
Washington. Granucci was born and raised in Northern California and moved to Reno,
Nevada in 1969 to attend the University of Nevada, Reno. He and his son Andrew share
the same birthday.
Mark is also a proud graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno and works with the Sports Medicine
and Football Operations staff to support the Wolf Pack football team. He travels with the team to
all away games and is responsible for maintaining the team’s nutritional needs by way of menu planning,
overseeing food preparation and ensuring that food quality is on par with the diverse needs of the
university’s student-athletes.
