Treasures of the Eldorado - Official Rules

• Guests must have a Club Eldorado Membership card to participate. Members are eligible to insert their cards in the free play kiosk, located at the Treasures Pyramid, a maximum of six times daily, in two-hour intervals. A day is considered Midnight to Midnight. In the event that a guest does not utilize the full number of plays available, there will not be credit given for unused plays in the future.
• Players may collect their free play prizes at the Promotion Center with the exception of retail and food prizes redeemable at the location indicated on the ticket. Players are responsible for placing drawing tickets in the appropriate drawing drum. No tickets will be retrieved and redistributed in the event that a ticket is incorrectly placed in the wrong drum.
• In the event that a free play item or artifact pin is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, a substitute prize of equal or similar value will be given. If a guest prefers the item as stated upon the ticket, all efforts will be made to accommodate this request.
• Guests must be present to win for all drawings and tournaments.
• Tickets will be forwarded to the Eldorado accounting division immediately after the drawings.
• Player must produce valid picture identification in order to claim prize. Player will be required to sign a 1099 Prize Tax Form prior to receiving their prize.
• Players found inserting their card or someone else's card into slot machines or Treasures Game Kiosks at random may have their tickets deemed invalid.
• If a player misplaces their tickets, the tickets will not be replaced or re-issued.
• In the event that a ticket appears altered in any way, that ticket will immediately be eliminated from contention and forwarded to security for investigation.
• Tickets are not transferable. No player will be allowed to claim a prize for another player.
• Participants must be 21 years or older and must have valid identification on their person to claim a prize.
• Eldorado employees and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• Management reserves the right to amend rules, cancel, alter or change any facet of this promotion at any time without notice.
• Reward odds are based upon Club Eldorado Card Level.
• If any person claims a lawsuit against the Eldorado Hotel Casino, they agree to pursue it by the laws of Nevada in the Nevada Court System.
