The Buffet at the Eldorado is pulling out all the stops to serve guests a delectable Champagne brunch this Easter Sunday. From traditional brunch favorites to special savory dishes, the wide variety of flavors is sure to impress.
The salad bar includes assorted fresh seasonal fruits, crisp greens with a variety of toppings, gravlax with capers and red onion, apple Waldorf salad and fresh strawberries and cream. A bountiful cold station tempts with items like chilled peel and eat shrimp, snow crab legs and seafood ceviche. The carving station features mouth-watering choice meats like prime rib, roast turkey, leg of lamb with mint jelly and old fashioned ham. At the hot line, guests can select from dishes like cinnamon French toast with banana foster sauce, made-to-order omelets, classic eggs Benedict or cheese blintzes with seasonal berries. Or choose from items like broiled sirloin steak, pork loin with apricot sauce, Southern fried chicken, smoked pulled pork, Easter fish tacos and the Eldorado’s famous mushroom ravioli with porcini cream sauce. Top it all off with one of The Buffet’s amazing pastries, pound cake with strawberries and cream, hot cross buns, or stop by the gelato station for a homemade Italian treat!
Take your pick at The Buffet this Easter, and invite your friends and family to join you. This robust Champagne brunch is served from 8am to 3pm and is just $21.99 for adults, $11.99 for children age four to 10 and $16.99 for Club Eldorado gold card members and above.
Roxy is presenting a three course menu this Easter Sunday starting at 5pm For $38 per person, guests will choose a first course of either warm asparagus salad with prosciutto, crisp shallots and Meyer lemon vinaigrette; or “Easter egg soup,” a celery root soup with potato cake, poached egg and saffron hollandaise. Second course options include an olive crusted leg of Colorado lamb with roasted heirloom potatoes, fava leaves and rosemary jus; slow roasted prime rib of beef au jus served with grilled asparagus and a colossal baked potato with all the fixings; or grilled swordfish with English peas, baby carrots and mint gremolata. The featured dessert is carrot cake with mascarpone frosting, bourbon caramel sauce and a caramel filled chocolate egg.
At Tivoli Gardens guests can select one of three delectable entrées plus soup or salad and strawberry cream puff for dessert for just $12.95 per person, available from 11am to 11pm. The entrée choices include roasted leg of lamb with garlic mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables; pineapple glazed ham with potato au gratin and fresh vegetables; or griddled cod with tomato Basilico sauce, rice pilaf and fresh vegetables.
